THE TREADMILL OF SURVIVAL
In our society there has been too much pressure and emphasis to perform and conform to the societal values of corporate efficiency, productivity and economical gain. This mechanical system or treadmill of life we find have found ourselves in has largely left little time for our families, ourselves, each other and the processing and understanding of our emotions, feelings and the growth of thought and Self knowledge or understanding. Whilst the age old system of 9-5pm is greatly being radicalised by the new generations of the computer age and self employment, there is still a mass indoctrinated factory system mind set that creates its own law enforcement upon the masses,. keeping them in check with its keeping, and keeping most too busy and occupied to question it.
In trying to keep up on the treadmill of life society often brushes their emotions under the carpet and stuffs them in a box, and taught to maintain a stiff upper lip, as there is no time in the world of productivity and efficiency to be dealing with or handling emotional baggage. Society has swept them under the rug, where they have festered and grown dark which we have then become afraid of and disassociated with. In our fear that this shadow of unresolved, unprocessed trauma and emotion is really who we are as a collective, we seem to dump it on another so as not to own it or own up to it, placing it on another’s shoulders to bear and labelling it with their name. Or we turn it destructively inwards with the mass conditioning that we should DO more and BE more as every drop of life force we have left in us is squeezed out and not returned until we are at breaking point, feeling worthless, inadequate or inferior somehow unable to provide the results everyone is looking at us for, or live up to their expectations of us, because we are largely broken. Male suicide is one of the largest causes of male death in many western societies as we all try to keep up the pace of the machine, and provide for our families. In the UK it is ischaemic heart disease, reflecting the very fact.
We live in a matrix system where human souls are valued for their ability and commitment to work hard and harder. Where our energies are extracted to fuel the machine whilst we try to earn our freedom, running faster and faster yet going nowhere, as various parts of our personal life suffer and nour own souls. Trauma is often induced in the workplace aswell as by other means of societal conditioning to produce maximum effects of taking our life-force to fuel the machine and for the prevention of the empowered awakened human state.
In not processing our experiences and emotions and examining our feelings fully, we remain in the dark in a lowered state of awareness and power as our Truths reside in the darkness of our fractured selves, thus we remain prisoners of the system in all its forms.
Emotional processing is vitally important for a healthy abundant empowered society to flourish. To turn and transform all from darkness through the various spectrums of the emotional process, into the Light of awareness and understanding so all can return to a state of Love seen from a higher perspective of Truth. To go up you’ve first got to delve down and transform and transmute all that pain and trauma with the conscious mind in relationship with it and uncover our own personal Truths hiding within it finding a greater wholeness of being and releasing all else. We grow beyond the set limitations of societies norms of conditioning and mental-emotional box, when we probe deeper wider further and analyze and question everything as we experience or observe Life in all its aspects. This way we can start to expand our inner sight and our inner wealth of being. Its only when we piece together all the seeds of information hiding and scattered in all the darkness, that we can fully understand and release it, deal with it in its FULLNESS, and find resolution so we can move onwards and upwards with a greater cup than we had before and a greater level of purity in its contents ie emotions, so our lens can be crystal clear.
We must remember that energy in motion or E-motion is LIGHT as information in its various frequencies and shades - nothing is seperate here. Its all consciousness that makes up our own state of being and point of attraction - unconscious subconscious and conscious - that creates our reality and shapes our experiences.
Largely any emotional trauma manifesting itself in a person as a collection of symptoms or maladies is labelled under the mental health system without getting to the root of the problem. The labelling can be mistaken for someone’s identity and natural makeup rather than be seen for the trauma and damage that it is - like any physical wound. These labelled symptoms are then often treated with psycho-active drugs, which do not aid in the healing of the soul due to not dealing with the root of the problem or aiding the patient in finding a deeper understanding about themselves through their emotional processing. Psychoactive drugs can bring short term relief however for some people, and aid as a buffer, but long term prescription can be hazardous to a persons health and natural balance and Self-control and Self-Mastery - a vital componant of the awakened human state. Mastery and control only comes about through full understanding of Self and the FULL processing of experience.
Filing all emotional and mental maladies under the term mental health is a largely patriarchal term for the myriad of conditions it seeks to treat or remedy. Psychiatry in its etymology means “to heal the soul”. The Soul can be considered ones “feeling” side of life in this human experience, which the mind must process, understand and correctly perceive in order for it to transform and release its lower aggregates into a higher frequency of Light, or emotion or state of being. I suppose in this sense Mental health could be the correct term. But the two although inter-related, are also seperate issues. For example if you injured the body you would be treated for your physical injury and not a mental disorder. It is no different with emotions. It can be rather dangerous placing a very emotionally vulnerable wounded and scarred individual in with alot of adults with true mental health issues. This can make a person feel that they are mentally ill themselves before they have started the healing process, causing feelings of self-doubt amongst others. It also does not give a feeling of safety and security to someone who has already been injured at the hands of someone who is mentally or emotional ill. The two maladies and their corresponding sensitivities should be carefully considered in a patients recovery.
Although having evolved somewhat into a greater awareness of Self (as all things eventually do), mental health it is still largely sick in its approach enforcing drugs on those that do not conform to its perception or understanding - those that make too much of an emotional fuss, or those that disagree or protest at its operations in particular on the wards, to sedate and control and deny the emotions of the patient against their will. Something that I find very inhumane and not in keeping with the true origins of its meaning “to heal the Soul”. For a soul to heal, a patient needs a safe space to voice themselves and be heard seen and understood clearly, in order to start unravelling the storehouse of emotions and experience so they can safely be examined with the greatest of care, compassion and wisdom. empathic human sentience is the key here.
A much more human and holistic approach is necessary in truly seeing and understanding people and their ailments. A more broad minded perspective beyond the physical to the Soul which is what the word Psychiatry suggests. A True understanding of the inter-relationship between Soul, mind and body. This is coming into play more and more.
Largely then the problem in society is IDENTITY. Who are we? Are we our emotions? Are we even our minds or our thoughts? Are we all of our experiences? Are we our beliefs? Are we our pain? Are we our Joy? Are we our Light? Are we our Darkness?
To some degree we are all these things until we become through transforming transcending and transmuting them, something greater. Through understanding, True Self knowledge and mastery of Self which begins first in our own spiritual hearts, the first thing to form in the foetus. With that reference point of TRUTH or True North we can begin to navigate and traverse our landscapes and discern the Truth from the Untruths or Lies indoctrinated or conditioned into us by society church and state and start to fully empower ourselves through Self enquiry, knowledge understanding and wisdom, through this alchemical process. This is the Ascension Process.
Seek and ye shall find. Knock and the door will be opened unto you. The Truth is out there because it is a reflection of the Truth within.
